1) The
various technical options that you have include
light and sound devices.
The binaural beat may
assist you in your efforts. These devices use this differential
frequency technology. It can also be found on various binaural beat
produced CDs. But this type of technology isn't necessary for what I'm
suggesting here.
2) Choose the best, most soothing, music that you can lay your hands on.
3) Write the BEST positive affirmations that you can imagine; like
"...you are releasing all attachments to all negative experiences, and are now much better than before..."
Be creative. You can find such scripts, for free, in online
places.
4) Take another tape recorder and put in a blank tape.
5) Start the music playing that you like. At the same time start the blank tape player recording on the blank tape. Start reading your affirmations, so that the music and your OWN voice get recorded on the blank tape together. Adjust the volume of your voice and the background and check them at first to make sure everything is being recorded at the levels you prefer. Your voice can be subliminal or not. Either way will work.
6) I cannot do this for you as it is FAR more effective when YOUR voice is used. Your subconscious mind trusts your voice more than anyone's in the world.
7) If you want you can play
that (recorded) tape (with both the music and your voice on it) back and
re-read your affirmations again at the same time; and record all of that
on another blank tape so that your voice is recorded twice (along with
the music; onto one audio tape). Having your voice on the same tape
twice will make it an even more powerful tape for you.
8) While you play your
soothing musical tape, that has both the soothing music, and your voice on it, at
just the right level, lay on a bed, in a very poorly lit room, and
mentally give yourself positive affirmations.
9) VERY slowly count
backwards from 100. Count each number with every third breath. Breath
very deeply and very slowly; more and more so as you go along. Mentally
say things to yourself (not out loud) like, "With each number that I
count, I will double in relaxation, both physically and mentally."
10)
The
slower you count, the faster it will go. The faster you count the less
effective it will be. Intersperse the above with affirmations such as,
"When I reach the proper state of mind, my subconscious will
automatically release all of its attachments to anything that caused..."
11) If you reach the number 1, start over. |
