	If indeed Bin Laden got hold of a copy of the Promis software, and, through it, he found out about the military's plans to have anti-terrorist exercises, in which a pretend version of 9/11 was carried out, all week, and on the actual day the real 9/11 was carried out, then this would explain why no military jets were sent up that day, and how the event was successful.
